The careful selection that begins in the vineyard continues with the proper management of the raw material which, in the process of distillation and complements the innovation and safety in bottling, constitutes the philosophy and aim of the distillery for the production of high quality distillates a thin and distinctive character, pure scents, a mild sense of alcohol and balanced flavor.
Distilled grapes are produced by the fermentation and distillation of whole grapes from the rare variety Mouhtaro.
These grapes, which are destined for the particular spirit, are not pressed in order to maintain their juices and therefore the character of the variety.
