Bouyiourntí (mild)

The word Bouyiourntí is used for a delicacy that can be as “spicy” as official documents. Dolopia produces Bouyiourntí with Katiki cheese (Katiki Domokou) as this is a well-known product of the surrounding area. Katiki Domokou is a fresh cheese made from goat’s milk or from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk. Ideal as a starter, a spread or a dip for vegetables sticks or cheese sticks.
