Sour cherry jam with citrus extract
This jam of ripe and juicy cherries acquires its distinct character of freshness from adding citrus extract. Wonderful on ice cream - especially vanilla - or as a topping on various cakes, e.g. cheesecake.

Sour cherries, sugar, lemon, bergamot, orange, pectin (0,1%)
