Honey acacia

SKU: N / A

Particularly popular in European countries such as Hungary, Bulgaria, France, Italy, acacia honey comes from the flower of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree that we encountered in Domokos.
It is extremely pale, yellowish-white and if relatively free of other plant sources, it can be very transparent, like liquid glass. Its fragrance is floral, fruity, thin and very strong. Its taste is very sweet, slightly acidic with notes of vanilla and no aftertaste. Flower saturation is best suited to the finish.
It has a low content of organic acids. It is delicious in combination with cheeses, especially spicy. Due to its light taste, it is good for kids and ideal for fresh cheeses, yogurt, fruit and ice cream. Honey remains moist and does not crystallize easily due to its high fructose content.
