Tomato sauce with olives & capers

A "purebred" Mediterranean sauce recipe. Crimson, August tomatoes "get married" with olives and capers and slowly boil with extra virgin olive oil, long enough to acquire rich flavors and textures. You can accompany your pasta but also try it on toasted bread along with some cheese on top and baked for five minutes!

Ingredients: Tomato, onions, Kalamon olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, white wine, garlic, oregano
