Tomato sauce with oranges and red sweet peppers

Perhaps the most complicated but certainly the most delectable combination of ingredients and flavors. Juicy ripe tomatoes, orange zest, pickled cucumber and a set of other materials lend this sauce its sweet and sour tint as well as a tone of freshness. Use it in red sauce stews or as a special dip on your table.
