A special honey since it comes from the natural combination of honey from Pefko and Ereki which, as unique bees know how to collect.
From northern Evia we collect pine honey with heather and because of the low concentration of sugars, it is not too sweet.
The pomegranate content of antioxidants has shown that it is a very rich honey in phenols. These substances give it a very high antioxidant capacity which means that it protects our cells from the damage caused by free radicals. In addition, the Greek pine nut has a high content of trace elements such as calcium and magnesium.
Hierix Honey is a product of particularly high nutritional value and is one of the best choices for stimulating the body. It has a characteristic flavor with aromatic notes of bitter caramel, intense earthy aroma of the flowers of Erikis and a special red color that turns into a wonderful caramel color after its crystallization which takes place very quickly (1-3 months after its collection). It is one of the Greek honey elite and is particularly popular with demanding consumers.
