Oven baked Aubergines in tomato sauce

Mature, sweet aubergines baked in the oven. Mixed with tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil and moussaka spice mix constitute, it makes a complete meal in combination with rice or roasted meat. An excellent vegan meal of high quality.
