PROPERTY ABANTIS - LONG BEACHES

         Variety: Mavrocounda 90% - Syrah 10%

     Maturation : 12 months

     Tasting: Nose of progressive, mature black fruit, with a spice sensation and traces of herbs, vanilla, sweet spices. Much rich rounded with moderately high acidity, and velvety fine tannins. Thaw away.

     Accompanying: Cooked pot, rich red sauces, red meats cooked, hunting, grill. 

          Aging in the bottle :  8- 10 years
