It is considered to be of excellent quality honey. It is in bougainvillea, but in fact it is a special category because of its intense aromatic and flavor characteristics. Its look is particularly attractive, so consumers usually prefer it. But its great demand is also due to the fact that, if mixed with other types of honey (even in small quantities), it definitely affects their aroma.
Taste: Thyme honey has a pleasant taste, but sometimes, due to its high concentration of fructose, it leaves a burning sensation in the mouth.
